Manufacturing & Distribution
As Chief Executive Officer of Pro Performance Sports, LLC, (www.properformancesports.com) Mr. Sarkisian supervises this manufacturer and distributor of innovative sports training and recreational products-sold through direct response advertising, the Internet, sporting good retailers and mass retailers.

He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Semtek Innovative Solutions (www.semtek.com), which develops, manufactures and sells magnetic card-reader products and systems.

Restaurant Group
While Chief Executive Officer of Pat & Oscars restaurant group, Mr. Sarkisian directed the growth of one 1,000 square-foot take-out restaurant in San Diego to 14 restaurants in California and Arizona. In 2000, he executed a successful sale of 82% of company stock to Sizzler International for more than $19 million.

Real Estate Development & Brokerage
Early on, Mr. Sarkisian founded a real estate development and property management company, Trevi Group, Inc., which acquired, developed and managed apartment and medical buildings. He began his career as a commercial real estate broker for Marcus & Millichap, Inc.

Education
Mr. Sarkisian worked toward his Master of Business Administration at San Diego State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Michigan.

Personal
John Sarkisian lives with his wife, Bernadette, and their four children in Rancho Santa Fe, California. He is Vice Chair of the YMCA Board of Directors for San Diego County, as well as Vice Chair of the St. James Academy Advisory Board. He was selected as 1999 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for San Diego County.
