Building on 20 years of broad experience in the real estate industry Mr. Foussianes leads acquisition, financing, sales and marketing activities for Del Mar Heritage.
Prior to joining Del Mar Heritage, Mr. Foussianes has held leadership roles in the purchase, lease acquisition, development, and design of over 6 million square feet of commercial real estate. His strengths in large, complex project assignments have been honed throughout 20 years dedicated to fine-tuning commercial brokerage, project management, and architecture experience.
Equally impressive is Mr. Foussianes’ client advisory roster, revealing a wide array of corporations, such as: Microsoft, Citigroup, BP America, Crum & Forster, Aon, Willis, Sears, and Wilson Sporting Goods.
Corporate Consulting
(Tenant Representation and Project Management)
Previously, Mr. Foussianes served as Vice President, North American Program Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he had a direct execution role in both Tenant Representation Brokerage and Project Management disciplines. Highlights include national leadership (US Field) of the Microsoft Corporation brokerage and project assignments, where he advised in the development of Microsoft's North American real estate strategy, and oversaw the execution of all lease, sublease, sale or purchase transactions and projects borne out of the strategy.
Architecture
Mr. Foussianes began his commercial real estate career as an architect with the prestigious Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago. His key experiences in architecture include: Canary Wharf, an 11 million square foot mixed use development in London, England; the Sears Merchandise Group World Headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois; and Wilson Sporting Goods World Headquarters.
Education
Mr. Foussianes attended the University of Michigan, earning both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees. He is a licensed real estate broker and architect.

Nick Foussianes lives in San Diego, California, with his wife Lisa and their two children.
