Well established in the San Diego business scene and equipped with 20 years of experience in development and construction Mr. Millay directs all development and entitlement activities for Del Mar Heritage.

Retail & Mixed Use Development
Previously, Mr. Millay was Senior Project Manager, Western States, for Cleveland-based national retail developer, Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, directing a combined $225 million and more than one million square feet of gross leasable area in new construction of shopping and mixed-use residential /retail centers.

While Vice President, Development, with Oliver McMillan LP (San Diego), he managed the development of mixed-use retail/entertainment and office/retail projects throughout Southern California totaling more than $150 million.

Amusement Park Development
As Vice President, Development & Franchising for Wet ‘n Wild, Inc. in Arlington, Texas, Mr. Millay supervised the development from feasibility through operation of major outdoor water park and family entertainment facilities located throughout the United States, Latin America and South America.

Education
The San Diego native received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Marketing. Mr. Millay earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Pat is a California licensed General Contractor (B).

Personal
Pat and his wife Maria live in Poway, California with their four children.
